Conjunctions

Hey you, the TEA is already on the table. I need to bring the cups THOUGH. SO wait a minute AND watch these three amazing videos.

I have a pretty good exercise to practice what you have learned. It is really simple. You just need to choose the correct conjunctions and rewrite the sentences. If both conjunctions are correct, rewrite with both.

1. It's not a big city. The weather is pretty good. (and/though)

2. Maceió is very nice. People there are extremely friendly. (but/and)

3. Its weather is nice. Winters get pretty rainy. (however/and)

4. In São Paulo the streets are crowded. It's easy to get around. (but/however)

5. Its parks are great. You have to pay to enter. (and/but)

6. It's an amazing cinema. I love to go there. (though/and)
